एक छोटा बच्चा रहता है,
वो खिलखिलाक़े हँसता है,
और सूरज से आंख लड़ाता है,
वो हवा से रेस लगाता है,
कभी लहरों सा बलखाता है,
वो आसमान में उड़ता है,
कभी भाई बहन से लड़ता है,
आइसक्रीम के लिए मन अब भी ललचाता है,
माँ की एक आवाज़ पे वो भागा-भागा जाता है,
आज भी मेरे अन्तर्मन में ,
एक नन्हा बच्चा रहता है।।
